In recent years, the Potter County Planning Department has
evolved to become a valued resource for any number of constituents. Planning
Director Charlotte Dietrich (right), shown here with Pleasant Valley Township
Supervisor Richard Niver, has made a concerted effort to build partnerships
with township and borough officials, assisting them with everything from
stormwater management, flood plain compliance, road and bridge maintenance
issues, code enforcement responsibilities, subdivision and land use issues, and
more.
